20Q.net Inc. licenses its award winning A.I. technology and Web-based game service to third parties for various game-related applications, including: the popular handheld 20Q, previously
produced under license to Mattel, Inc., now licensed to Techno Source USA as of January 2011; the Mobile and iPod versions of the 20Q game, produced under license by Digital Chocolate; co-branded websites that present the online game with a
tailored look and feel (such as the Sith Sense campaign for Burger King, Sony Pictures’ Think Pink campaign for Pink Panther 2, as well as a similar campaign
for Sony’s Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs called "Stump the Monkey", a campaign for Turner Broadcasting for The Closer called Busted by Brenda, and a
project we developed with a Swedish insurance company using the Swedish game which you can see at Kanslobarometern.
We ensure that our brand is represented both widely, and with respect. We evaluate potential licensees to determine if an opportunity is a good fit for our brand and technology.
If you have an application for 20Q in your business, please contact us using the contact form and we will be in touch. Be sure to include relevant contact information and a brief description
of your opportunity.
Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we cannot guarantee that someone will contact you. Your chances of being contacted will be much higher if you provide some information about what
you intend to do if you obtain a license to use our technology.
We do not reply to general inquiries that have been answered in our FAQ below. Have a look, your question may already be answered there.
just want to license the A.I. ‘as-is.’ Can I do that?
It's possible. Fill out our contact form outlining what you intend to do,
and we'll consider your application. We will only respond to serious inquiries, so be sure to include some details in your message in order for us to evaluate any potential opportunities.
What is a co-branded website?
The same mechanism allows other third parties such as wireless carriers or interactive television services to present the 20Q game to their users in their own format, look and feel.
Our own Mobile demo and handheld demo were created using this mechanism.
Co-branding is not cheap. If you wish to host a co-branded version of 20Q on your site, or through your wireless network or other interactive platform, get in touch using the contact form
and we will contact you.
Can I get an exclusive license
We do not generally consider exclusivity in any form, but you can always ask. Fill out our contact form, and we will consider your request.
Please be sure to include enough details to properly evaluate your opportunity.
Can I put a link on my page to the 20Q.net game site?
We don't mind people linking to our site, but we would prefer that you link to our main site (http://www.20q.net)
and not a sub-page. If you wish to provide a link that has an image, Please use this logo
You may also "cut and paste" the following HTML:
Can I order a bunch of the handheld 20Q's with my company's
logo on them?
You probably can if ‘a bunch’ would fill the better part of a boatload. In any case, you can always inquire using our contact form,
and we will pass your request along to our manufacturing partner, Techno Source USA.
Even if the number of games you want is high enough to justify a special manufacturing run, bear in
mind that it would probably take several months to get them made, assuming that you already have artwork prepared.
If you want to place a smaller order, and have your company’s logo put on them at your own expense by
someone else, we don’t mind, as long as our trademarked logo remains visible. Obscuring or altering our logo would be considered fraud.
Can I get the rights to 20Q on wireless devices?
20Q is an excellent game for wireless devices. Licensing rights for 20Q
on wireless phones have been negotiated worldwide.
If you represent a wireless carrier in North America or Europe and wish to make our game available to your subscribers, please contact Digital Chocolate.
I own a toy store and would like to purchase 20Q products
wholesale for resale.
Worldwide distribution of 20Q handheld electronic games is handled exclusively by our manufacturing and distribution partner, Techno Source USA.
Please contact Techno Source USA for assistance with distribution or purchase questions.

I have a great idea for building the 20Q into <your product here> ... is that possible?
Maybe. You may be able to build the 20Q game into a product if it is in a category in which we have not yet granted a license. The 20Q A.I. is adaptable, scalable, modular, and embeddable and can be
used in any number of different categories and functionalities.
Contact us using our contact form, and we will put you in touch with the appropriate people to work out terms.
As with any business opportunity, please provide some details with your inquiry so that we can properly evaluate its potential, and don't forget to include your contact information.
